Parking 1. poor parking room arrangement. no program at all,canpark anyplace.no car parking attendance to direct motorist. 2. insufficient parking cant deal with many customers. 3. eventhough it was an exclusive parking possessed by the eating place owner supposedly, it had been not safe for kids and clients. motorist from close by highway openly used the private car parking to bypass the visitors jam on the road. they drove extremely fast no parking attendance open to stop them. b. Food 1. no question the purchase price for ramadhan buffect has been only rm40 for grownup and rm28.30 for kid below 11 yrs . old, the foods was a complete failure in high quality. the fried mee, steam boat and also lamb were badly prepared. 2. no refill drink and food ...they simply left the meals tray empty and water dispenser dry out. 3. no food varieties...very little choices ..the laundry really suck i.electronic tasteless prawn, too sour tom yam, more than cooked lamb , cool steamboat etc. No genuine malaysian or malay meals. 4. the seafood and prawn not new. 4.worst dishes ever. c. Services 1. not really enought waiter or waitress. 2. filthy plates and empty eyeglasses were still left unattended on customers desk. we had to get the plate by ourselves.at once i actually had really lose my patience and had to contact a manager(i believe) to get the plate and cup from our table. 3. worst customers service. d. not ideal for family with small kids. 1. plenty of male clients were openly smoke close to the food tray..actually dirty no attitude at all. 2. my kids almost choked. ultimately they refused to visit laksa region and drinking region. they felt uncomfortable because a large amount of smokers there. 3. even at the entry gate to the cafe not convenient. same situation it had been occupied by smokers. 4. the restaurant proprietor should enforce smoking prohibited in the compound. in conclusion there's the worst eating place over..not really recommended for loved ones with small children. by the end we took my child to kfc for supper.

been here often, quality gets bad. upkeep and maintenance ought to be better. poor parking administration, or must i say, no administration at all. should make a place for people smoking cigarettes, especially after fasting. Ramadhan buffet is quite bad. they make an effort to fill inas many seats as you possibly can. We got the makeshift desk. not presentable, uncomfortable and too crowded. They dont refill just as much once the buffet food is completed. Taste wise isn't worthwhile. Their normal meals is way better. but during ramadhan buffet, taste is merely so-so. It has happen in 2 consecutive Ramadhans. I actually STRONGLY SUGGEST, DONT CLICK HERE DURING RAMADHAN.
