Just what a surprise! This resort has made our desire become a reality with all adornments from roses, balloons and towels. Stayed right here for 2 14 days and that 14 days we were treated just like the King and Queen. The administration and operational workers were outstanding. Mr Megat who's responsible for the hotel at that time was therefore wonderful to all of us. He and his group did a fantastic work! He upgraded our space and placed a good decoration inside our upgraded room because of becoming newlyweds in this city, woohoo! Our area was nice, thoroughly clean and comfortable. I believe they did this mainly for Hubby to be a foreigner in a international property. The staffers were pleasant, helpful and extremely polite. Wherever we proceeded to go in this resort either cafe, lobby or the swimming pool, everyone was pleased to see us, specifically to observe Hubby, the only real American staying at enough time. Alor Setar is really a small city, nothing beats KL, Penang or Langkawi where you notice foreigners frequently. We also had to be able to use the eating place. We'd lunch with my children at the cafe. The meals was good here, specifically satay. So we'd satay almost every day. To name several, mee goreng, beehoon, nasi goreng, are very tasty! Besides Mr Megat, the eating place manager is another helpful manager we interacted inside our daily basis. Each morning we'd breakfast at the cafe by the lobby and the breakfast buffet has been excellent. The pool region is cozy and silent. The see from the swimming pool was good, overlooking the tower and little town below it. We experienced very relaxed getting in this resort. No rush. Overall encounter is extremely delighted and delightful. Hubby couldn't believe how great his encounter would grow to be. I do tell him before they don't eat individuals here, however they do have excellent appetites! LOL. We wish to Thank each administration and operational personnel for his/her effort, friendliness and support. Definitely would be back again to this hotel.
