I cannot believe that I nearly swallow a elastic band because of that NY Donut.. I took an image as an evidence. Next morning, I visited the branch to report my experience. I appeared for the Supervisor but then he had not been around. I elevated the problem to the staffs however they just laugh and finally obtained mad because we insisted whom to contact and complain concerning the donut. The personnel also "bang" the counter table before us. Lastly, I've reached somebody where I can improve the knowledge that I experienced, I known as Nico, and he aplologized for what had occurred. Since he has been in a holiday journey, he promised to have a look at it as soon as he gets back again. They gave me twelve of donuts that point in trade of the evidences that I've. I informed them that I'll purchase the donuts but I'll maintain my proofs. We finished up getting the dozen of donuts and maintaining my evidences.
